We are responsible for all the topics you find on this website. As the Public and Business Relations (PBR) department, we report directly to the mayor of Einbeck and are part of the Einbeck city administration. 

We want to inspire people about our city and bring Einbeck residents and guests together so that everyone feels at home together. We offer expertise and experience with passion and competence in our areas of work to meet the needs of our guests, locals, and partners.

The PBR staff unit comprises the following areas:

• Tourist Information Team: The staff at Eickesches Haus are always happy to listen and offer advice and support. They can assist you with travel planning, book experiences and accommodations, distribute informative brochures, sell souvenirs, and offer other services at their Tourist Information Center to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
• Tourism Marketing and Communications Team: The busy bees in the background who implement association and cooperative work, plan hiking and cycling routes, take care of tourist signage, write texts, collect information, take photos, and more. The team works behind the scenes to ensure the world knows how wonderful a vacation in Einbeck is.
• Team KulturRing: This is where everything comes together when it comes to putting together a great cultural program at the Wilhelm Bendow Theater or another venue and getting tickets out to the public.
• Economic Development Team: Not only our guests, but also all residents and businesses should feel well looked after in Einbeck. To achieve this, our colleagues are rolling up their sleeves and getting to work.
• Smart City Team: Preparing for Einbeck's future together with the 2035 Future Strategy – a major and exciting task for the team. Anyone interested in learning more can find their colleagues at EIN.Lebens.raum, right in the city center on the market square.
