This approximately 10-kilometer-long route takes you from Parking at the indoor and outdoor pool Einbeck initially via Kuventhal, along the crooked water and Andershausen, past fields, meadows – up to the idyllic Barbecue area on the Hube.
This approximately 10-kilometer-long route takes you from Parking at the indoor and outdoor pool Einbeck initially via Kuventhal, along the crooked water and Andershausen, past fields, meadows – up to the idyllic Barbecue area on the Hube.
The way back is downhill, accompanied by wonderful views and pure nature: you pass the Königsstuhlhütte, along the Borntal meadows, comes at the Hamburger Hut and walks through the natural area of the Kirschenberg's.
A longer and somewhat more challenging route – but richly rewarded with scenic diversity, peace and panoramic views.

Arrival & Parking
The starting point of this trail is the parking lot at the Einbeck indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The pool is located in the western part of the city.
By Car:
Einbeck is easily accessible via the B3 federal highway. Coming from the A7 motorway, take the appropriate exit toward Einbeck.
Within Einbeck, follow the signs for the indoor and outdoor pools or swimming pool ("Am Schwimmbad" / Ochsenhofweg). The parking lot is directly in front of the pool.
By train:
From the train station Einbeck Center There is a pedestrian connection to the indoor and outdoor pools. One possible route leads along Ball-Ricco-Straße along Stukenbrok Park, then along Teichenweg, straight ahead along Hubeweg, left onto Rabbethgestraße, then right onto Schützenstraße, and finally left onto Ochsenhofweg. The pool is on the left side of Ochsenhofweg.
