#Introduction:
Over the past centuries, people's range of movement and mobility have expanded enormously. Before 1900, our ancestors relied on their own muscle power or draft animals to get from one place to another. Sometimes they had to cover considerable distances on foot. Like people before the automobile era, stroll along the Tiedexer Gate and Tiedexer Straße into the historic old town to the train station.

Arrival & Parking
Einbeck Mitte train station is centrally located near Einbeck's old town and directly opposite the bus station. It's a 9-minute walk (750 m) from the market square.
Those arriving by car can reach the nearby P+R parking lot at Köppenweg/Neues Rathaus in about 3 minutes (just under 6 km) from the B5 Einbeck/Salzderhelden exit. From there, simply cross the pedestrian crossing to the platform and board the train.

By Car:
Einbeck is easily accessible via the B3. Coming from Hanover, take the Einbeck/Bartshausen exit, turn left onto Hannoversche Straße, take the second exit at the first roundabout, and then the second exit at the second roundabout. Continue along Hannoversche Straße, which becomes Hullerser Tor. At the next intersection, turn left onto Schrammstraße, and after 1 meters, turn left onto Jahnstraße.
Coming from Göttingen, take the Einbeck/Stadtmitte/Moringen/Odagsen exit, turn left onto Reinserturmweg, follow Benserstraße, and at the Löwenkreuzung intersection, turn left onto Hullerser Straße. At the next intersection, turn right onto Schrammstraße. After 150 meters, turn left onto Jahnstraße.
The visitor parking lot is on the right. The entrance and ticket office are just 100 meters away.
By public transport:
Visitors can arrive by regional train from Göttingen or Hanover. You may need to change trains at Einbeck-Salzderhelden station and continue to Einbeck-Mitte station. The PS.SPEICHER is a 15-minute walk (1,2 km) from Einbeck-Mitte station. To reach the PS.SPEICHER, cross Thiaisplatz and follow the signposted PS.Pfad through the old town. The entrance is at Tiedexer Tor 3 on the left.
On foot:
The PS.SPEICHER is an eight-minute walk (8 m) from the historic market square. To reach it, cross the market square toward the Marktkirche, pass the church on the right, and follow the signposted PS.Pfad through the old town toward Tiedexer Straße. The entrance is at Tiedexer Tor 600 on the left.
