The Tourist Information Center is accessible via a step-free ramp (maximum gradient of 6%, total length of 6 m). All doors accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide. Assistance dogs are permitted. The Tourist Information Center's room is brightly lit and glare-free. The Tourist Information Center's name and logo are clearly visible from the outside. The nearest accessible restroom is located approximately 80 m from the Tourist Information Center in the Sparkasse bank.

By train, you can reach Einbeck-Mitte station. From there, walk along Dr.-Friedrich-Uhde-Straße across Möncheplatz to the pedestrian zone. Continue straight ahead in the pedestrian zone and walk towards the St. Jacobi Church. Then, walk past the church on the left and turn left onto Marktstraße behind the HC Perfumery and in front of the Manna Mia bakery. After about 100 meters, you'll find the Tourist Information Office on the left in the Eickesches Haus.
By Car:
You can reach Einbeck via the B3. Once in Einbeck, you can park at Möncheplatz, Tiedexer Straße, or Neustädter Kirchplatz, for example. From there, it's a 3- to 5-minute walk to the Einbeck Tourist Information Center.

The German Tourism Federation (DTV) introduced the i-Mark, a quality seal for tourist information centers, in 2006. By assessing the minimum criteria and a further 40 i-Mark criteria, the quality of the tourist information's offerings and services is examined "through the eyes of the guest" using a standardized, nationwide catalog of criteria.
The Einbeck Tourist Information was again awarded the i-Mark for three years in September 2025.
