The entire small and micro car collection of the PS.SPEICHER CULTURAL FOUNDATION comprises a total of approximately 250 vehicles from around 90 years of small car historyIt is based on the largest European collection and was on display in a private museum in Störy until 2004. 

For photography enthusiasts, the PS.SPEICHER also presents the exhibition “Bog Bodies Made of Tin.”

Arrival & Parking

Tours of the automobile, small car and motorcycle collections start at the visitor center (Altendorfer Tor 3).

By Car:
Einbeck is easily accessible via the B3. From the B3 exit Einbeck/Stadtmitte/Moringen/Odagsen, the small car collection is only a 5-minute drive (approximately 1,5 km). Take the exit, turn left onto Reinserturmweg, continue along Benserstraße, and at the Löwenkreuzung (lion crossing), turn right onto Altendorfer Straße. Continue straight ahead at the next intersection and after 200 m, turn left onto Beverstraße. Access is via Schusterstraße on the left until you reach the visitor parking lot at Altendorfer Tor 3.

By public transport:
Visitors can arrive by regional train from Göttingen or Hanover. You may need to change trains at Einbeck-Salzderhelden station and continue to Einbeck-Mitte station. The collections are a five-minute walk (5 m) from Einbeck-Mitte station. To reach the museum, turn left at Thiaisplatz, follow Beverstraße for approximately 350 m, cross Grimsehlstraße, and turn right onto Schusterstraße. The entrance is 300 m on the left.

On foot:
The collections are a 7-minute walk (600 m) from the historic market square. Cross the market square toward Möncheplatz, walk along the Lange Brücke (Long Bridge), turn right at the Thiele bakery, then cross the street toward the pharmacy/police station at Blaudruck, and continue along Grimsehlstraße for 120 m. Turn right at Bleichanger, then after 60 m turn left onto Schusterstraße. The entrance is 80 m on the right.
