Odagsen is located about 4 km south of the town of Einbeck, nestled between gentle, treeless hills.
Odagsen lies on Confluence of Rebbe (Source near Dörrigsen and mouth south of Einbeck into the Ilme) and floodplain
Today, approx. 362 residents (As of: 02.01.2024) in the village, which is 132 m above sea level and covers a total area of ​​341 hectares.

Culture and sights:
  • Church of St. Pancras: The first stone church was built in 1183, the present church was rebuilt in 1750 - 1752, contains a Baptism angel from the 17th century
  • Luther Oak: historical natural monument, at the village exit towards Immensen, planted on 10 November 1883 on the 400th birthday of Martin Luther

By Car:
From Altendorfer Straße in Einbeck it takes about 7 minutes to get to Odagsen.

By bus:
Public transport: Bus line 234

By bike and on foot:
From the market square, you reach Odagsen via Marktstraße, cross the intersection of Altendorfer Straße and Hullerser Straße, and continue out of town along Benser Straße toward Reinserturmweg. After the bridge, turn right onto Am Dreckmorgen. There, turn immediately left onto Odagser Stadtweg. At the end of the street, you reach Odagsen.
