The Salzderhelden Local History Museum opened on 12 November 2006 in the former post office at Einbeck-Salzderhelden station to cultural heritage 700 year old history of Salzderhelden In 2009, the museum was expanded to accommodate the many Exhibits The museum is run by the Salzderhelden Cultural Promotion Association.
