The Hube barbecue area is located at the upper end of the Hubeweg trail north of the town of Einbeck. The parking lot at the Hube barbecue area can be reached by car or by a longer walk. There is a forest parking lot on site.
By Car:
From Möncheplatz, near the city center, you can reach the forest car park at the barbecue area on the Hube in about 4 km (10 minutes drive).
The Hubeweg begins at the railway crossing at Ostertor in Einbeck's old town and leads north up the Hube River. In a left turn, the Hubeweg follows a fork to the right (signposted "Hotel Hasenjäger") and then winds its way up the hill as a linden avenue.
The nearest address to enter into navigation systems is the forester's house at "Hubeweg 121, 37574 Einbeck".
