Arts and Culture- The place has one of the three oldest bells in Germany, die "Theopilus Bell". It was acquired by the Fredelsloh Monastery and was initially located in the old chapel on the former monastery and later aristocratic estate within the village, which was demolished in 1781. Today, the bell is located in the ridge turret of the cemetery chapel. The bell dates back to 12. century and bears the inscription: IN HONOR(eE) S(an)C(t)E TRInITATIS ET I. Translated: IN HONOR OF THE HOLY TRINITY and ...).
