The barefoot path on the area of TreeRock high rope course in the Solling offers a special nature experience for your feet. The path is approx. 1000 m long and has 25 different stations

You may run over mossy forest floorfine gravel and prickly spruce cones thus activating your body's defences. If the actual path of the station is too hard, there is always a possibility to just walk around that field and continue at the next station. Furthermore, there are skill exercises integrated in the path were you have to jump or balance. 

Along the complete path there are various seating and picnic facilities as well as a shelter inviting to take a relaxing break. At the starting point of the path there are information panels and you have the possibility to store your shoes. There is a feet washing station at the end of the path.
