The Brodhaus was 1552 Rebuilt after the town fire, it was the seat of the Einbeck Bakers' Guild and also an inn. 1801 The Brodhaus was sold to an innkeeper and has been a “normal” restaurant ever since. Today, in the well-known Brewery restaurant the Einbecker beer can be enjoyed on tap.

During a visit, guests have the opportunity to enjoy delicious food and a selection of fresh beer specialties from the Einbeck Brewery. During a beer tasting, they will be offered five different types of Einbeck beer, each 0,1 l.
