The regulations in this section apply to overnight accommodation arrangements in the brochure “Offers for Groups” and on www.einbeck-tourismus.de.
1. Conclusion of the contract
1.1 By booking (travel registration), which can be made verbally or in writing, the guest offers Einbeck Tourism the conclusion of a travel contract on the basis of the advertisement, all additional information in the booking basis and these travel conditions.
1.2 The travel contract is only concluded with the written booking confirmation from Einbeck Tourism to the traveler.
2. Performance obligation of Einbeck Tourism
2.1 The performance obligation of Einbeck Tourism arises exclusively from the content of the booking confirmation in conjunction with the brochure or travel advertisement valid at the time of the trip on www.einbeck-tourismus.de subject to all information and explanations contained therein.
2.2 The transport services refer exclusively to the transfer to or from Einbeck specified in the service description. 3. Down payment and final payment

3.2 Cancellation, processing and rebooking fees are due immediately.
4. Withdrawal and termination by Einbeck Tourism
4.1 Einbeck Tourism may terminate the contract after the start of the trip if the traveler persistently disrupts the implementation of the contract despite a warning or if he/she behaves in such a way that the immediate cancellation of the contract is justified. 5. Cancellation by the customer, rebooking

6. Obligations and termination of the traveler
